COVID-19: Special notes and Precautions

  • By arriving at your appointment you are voluntarily assuming the risk of potential exposure to COVID-19 that comes with entering any public place used by others.

  • Client agrees to take own temperature before arriving at appointment; normal being 97F - 98.6F.

  • Client agrees to wash hands upon entering the building.

  • Face Coverings must be warn by client and the massage therapist at all times.

  • Clients please wait until the time of your appointment to enter the building.

  • Clients are asked to leave food or drink outside of the building unless necessary for an existing health condition.

  • No guests may accompany the client into the practice space.

  • If coming from work please change into clean clothing prior to entering the practice space.

Before arriving for an appointment, clients must attest that:

  • You are not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.

  • You have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days.

  • You have not traveled to a highly impacted area within the United States of America in the last 14 days.

  • You do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

  • You have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities.

  • You am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
